I've got a strimmer I was going to dispose of next time I'm passing the B&Q. Can't remember what the issue was, I know it sort of works, but I think I'll take another look after seeing that in case it's an issue with the bump head knob spring.
Just been down to the kebab shop. Didn't frighten the crap out of any young ladies this time, I guess they're all aware kebab shops are about to close and clear the streets. Got my kebab, just as I left the kebab shop the flipping heavens open!!
I stupidly find some shelter and stop under it, 30 seconds later I think great, I'm dripping wet but not getting any wetter, but I'm not getting any closer to home either and it might piss down for another two hours. By the time I got home I was wading through three feet of water just to cross the road to my flat!
Getting to the end of 1980. Legs & Co were on in their sexy outfits and flashy hairstyles, followed by the Nolans - grossly overdressed with 1970's hairstyles! Why did I ever fancy them?
He's gonna be disappointed. Star Trek crew don't experience weightlessness when in space.
I was thinking it was Bezos doing the world a favour by expelling a cheesy ham actor into oblivion.
But that Star Trek TV series was er....amazing. It infuriated my dad. He thought it was complete drivel. Just look at the media now lol!
But fair play to Shatner. 90 years old and may touch space (albeit within a safe capsule).
To look back at Earth must be amazing.
It is a beautiful planet.
I loved Star Trek when I was a kid and was always interested in the behind the scenes stuff so following on from that this is typical Shatner. Apparently he hated any of the other actors getting any of the spotlight and so he wasn't very popular with the rest of the cast. When Leonard Nimoy died he didn't go to the funeral because he said he had 'previous commitments' and this trip into space is the ultimate f*ck you to James Doohan who played Scotty and had his ashes shot into orbit when he died.

Have you ever seen the Haynes manual for the Starship Enterprise? So mind-blowingly serious you'd think it was really built.

I can go one better than that...
I have a copy of the Star Trek encyclopedia somewhere
