Not even with 10 million! Unless you could control the flow and volume of punter money then you'll always end up with imbalances in your book, even in normal races, let alone when things start going crazy when people like the bomber start playing or if there's a late withdrawl!

I haven't seen madness like that since the days of a few years ago when the bomber would throw 80k in on one race! Hard to believe what was in front of my eyes!

Flasher appeared and went totally crazy, just for one race, but my oh my did he go crazy lol..... several horses at once he was hammering for several grand, was like sitting alone in some hotel jacuzzi only suddenly to be joined by a troup of naked ladies :lol: Only for them to disappear after a couple of minutes :!:

my take on it is it has to be bookie money. Mccoy has been on several huge price winners today and I think its the bookies/sportsbook balancing huge multiples on that.

There was a big jackpot rollover and that was the last leg, it might have been people trying to hedge positions or something.

definitely related to the jackpot then. something taking massive positions on the lay side and wanting to get filled huge

I don't believe it was anything to do with that, I'm assuming you guys who thought it was to do with the bookies didn't see it.... It was the flasher basically laying the hell out of 5 or 6 runners for enormous amounts and taking ridiculously bad odds before the odds would go back to where they should have been. I think the multiple thing must have just been a coincidence. It was just the same as we've seen before from the flasher but with larger amounts. Shame he didn't stick around as he sometimes has before, but when he's laying 8k at up to 17s then the parties not likely to last long for him or us :!:

Jeff - that only happens in my dreams unfortunately :lol:
