Just tested the bet placement and still not all ok at the moment. Most bets went in fine, but a few took quite a few seconds

Yup status page went back to NOT GOOD

I gave up looking at that page months ago, Betfair should just replace it with a feed from this thread - at least it'll be up to date and accurate

All my bets were hedged and I have no liabilities but I'm worried as the last time this happened betfair voided some of my bets and I lost a lot through no fault of my own. I don't think I could take losing another chunk of my bank like this again! If I do lose a lot I think I'll be done with betfair!

I would help if they made an announcement on twitter so we could at least read all the abuse.

The liquidity on Betfair social media platforms should be extremely high at times like this. Possibility of a good trading opportunity, lol. Bloody Romanians ....

Don't blame Customer Support or even IT support. They'll be running around like headless chickens trying to sort it. It's Dev and management that's at fault. And that worries me. I've invested a massive amount of effort to use the Exchange.

I greened-up on the French Oaks the moment delays started occurring and the market was settled before the full outage. That's probably the best thing to do now.
