US Army Ranger, former Epsom Derby runner-up finishes last in a modest race, gelded as well!
I wondered if it was the same horse when I heard the name.

It is making me a little nervous these delays to bet submission.

Love the commentator on Sky Radio, "they are running very late at Wangaratta, they are already a minute late".

He would have a heart attack if he covered UK racing
Hahaha. They really just don't care in the UK I swear. Ireland aren't too bad.
You get some great lines from the OZ commentators, like just then at the Gold Coast "The starter will be happy with that one, one for his scrap book"

Yeah they crack me up. I think the Oz culture is a bit more easy-going and jokey in general and that comes through making things entertaining.

Lot of backing money so far - annoying

So annoying when you're waiting through a pullback and you bottle it just before it goes again.

The markets seem quite jerky, start/stop movements.

Nice and straightforward today.

Anyone taking SP was shafted on the second fav at Eagle Farm there with the delay of Betfair going in play. Was trading 4.0, but broke relatively badly and hit 12.0 before Betfair went inplay and returned an SP of around 6.0

Finished second in the end.

Yeah realised that.

One of the things I like about Oz racing is we wont have to wait 3 months for the horse to have another run, it will probably race again in the next fortnight and will have more than 3 runs all season, unlike in the UK where the trainers dare not run their horses very often, bar a few trainers, that is until they take the same horses down under for the Melbourne Cup when they all of a sudden have no issue running horses with just a week between runs.

When in rome and all that

Streaming has stopped working for me multiple times in play today and yesterday. Have had to quickly switch to polling. Very annoying?
