I was getting a cuppa and saw the start of the race, then they suspended. Looks like they went in play early and just suspended everything.

Was thinking ATR must be miles behind then as they suspended early then didn't put the market in play, thankfully Graphite Storm didn't win as was exposed on that

Worked in my favour, trying to Back Fav IP to balance, Bungee Jump good result. (any one of 5 would have been ok)

I had dobbed Bungee Jump but noticed at the off that Betfair had suspended the in-running market. So could be a good result unless they void all bets?

All settled ok for Pre-Race bets.

My P&L was settled at the point of suspension by the look of it.

Possible issue with BF wallets.
I move money out to my poker wallet when testing and it's showing a zero balance. Exchange wallet seems fine.
BFCS confirm the balance is as I expected and are escalating, so no drama.
Not sure if it's just me or system wide.

I had 2 closing bets in the market with TakeSP checked but these have been ignored when the market failed to turn in Play and I have lost £128!

I was under the impression that if a market failed to go InPlay or there was an outage these bets would be honoured but BetFair are telling me if they weren't matched before the off then they are void.

Is this correct if so I'm gutted!

Thanks I escalated the issue and I was 15 seconds late from setting the bets to TakeSP just as the last of the horses were entering the stalls before the market should have gone inplay. This will have been the delay in TV pics to the live event jumping so the bets were voided.

Sorry to hear of your loss and this won't help this time but you could look at using a safety servant to continually take SP for you, this one example does on closing bet and not opening ones, depending on how your trading you may have to modify it but however you trade you should be able to edit it to suot your needs
