Betfair Down / Betfair site crash
Ive been getting 3-4 second freeze ups at about 35 seconds before each quarter of an hour. There was a similar problem maybe a year or so ago that i remember brought a lot of posts to this thread where some people were having the same issue but some were fine. If I remenber correctly after a number of people contacting Betfair it was finally resolved some weeks later. Anybody else experiencing this at the moment?
Ok thanks Dallas. Maybe it's from my computer? I changed yesterday the hard drive cable to another slot.Could this be a cause for freezing? I don't have other problems. I had same problem in the past but it was from Betfair as dt888 said in his post
When the freeze occurs is it just prices that stop ie, can you open new windows like the market selection or in-play trader etc
If its just price freezes it suggests a connection issue, not sure if you use streaming or polling but you try switching to the other to see if that's any better
Unlikely to just be an issue with something like that as you have now said you are seeing the same thing as I am. If it continues for the next couple of days I will let betfair know as last time it was something their end. Any others seeing this issue then please post. It was slightly different for me today as in the freeze was coming at about 35 seconds before 10 to the hour, 10 past, 20 past and 20 to the hour. But always at about 35 seconds before these points!
