oh yeah... and do you honestly expect England to progress much further, i'm fully expecting a pantomine 1-0 win for Iceland in the next round. Though its always ironic to be consoled of our delusions to see a winning England side by Liniker, Shearer yester-years team of not quite good enough.

Back 0-0, lay 2.5 goals get out half time'ish always a good formula in these type of tournements. As Ferguson used to say if he could enter Man Utd he'd win every year.

I live in Germany, one thing I can tell is that Germans are threatened to play against Italy for a simple reason; they won against Italy only on friendlys...

well tonight's games were yet again riveting examples of the beautiful game... though from the commentary you'd believe France and Switzerland were actually trying to score goals.

Expecting England to score second half tomorrow but think there is a fair chance of 0-0 with russia /Wales... deploy the 2.5goal strategy.
