US racing has a habit of over-backed favs/front-runners in-running but I wouldn't expect it in the BC.

easy way of backchecking if more than 2 runners been backed odds on in running on average? be very surprised if not

Betfair historical data should have it. It won't tell the whole story though. From my experience on US racing I often see back orders at 1.3 on beaten horses that never get matched, so there'll be opportunities that don't get recorded.

well if you had a lay bet of 2 in the market youd get matched wouldnt you, anyway last race just the 2 horses in the finish odds on
