I am missing volume after a non runner so obviously the volume matched at odd non whole ticks the volume is not showing.

How can I get it to show the volume to the nearest tick?

When there are prices with no volume it means nothing has been traded at those price after it was reopened, which is normal after a market reforms, you'll get odd amount traded at various prices before it settles and forms a new range

If you mean all the old traded volume before the runner was withdrawn it not of any use, the reason its cleared when it reopens is because the chances of each horse winning now changes and any prices its previously traded at are irrelevant
