Has anyone had any luck with this? Ive noticed the bot doing things wrong at Cincinnati ATP. Betfair help has told me its my automation. They did also give me an email address and Ive emailed a "specialised" team saying na, not my bot it was working fine before. Glad to see that scores are back, at least for sets, makes my life much easier, since I concentrate on 3rd set - before that had created bot which identified 3rd set based on odd changes, but for sure had some mistakes due comebacks ( errors for around 10% of games).
Not relying on serving information though, but that was known issue already before, but hopefully will be fixed in future, checking this post quite regularly.
