The angle is what is needed and this is exactly why you won't ever see a certain angle at a certain point during any race on the TV, racing TV or Betfair live video feed.

Not sure tbh. My personal guess is that because it would influence the betting one way or another.
Similar to the racecourses using their own drones for the TV pictures, they can all do it and it would give the viewer a much better idea of what is happening in the race.
Yet, at certain points in every race we get the same angle from some bumpy camera attached to a range rover instead of a clear overhead view.
