Peter,

is there a site where you can get information on the prize money in a structured way? I mean: something from which a program could scrape the information?

Peter's latest blog about what Harry Kane can teach traders mentions a psychologist and regression to the mean.
If you want to read more, it was Daniel kahneman in his book 'thinking fast and slow' and a study that was undertaken on a subject group consisting of Israeli fighter pilots. A good read if you get chance to check it out
By t
he way - regression to the mean also applies to expected odds values as well as behaviour! ( in other words you can tweak a strategy and think you results are a symptom of the change, but not always so, it just regression to the mean)
Regards
Peter
Ps can you imagine if every parent and every teacher understood this concept!

I notice the BF advert at the bottom of his plea for a video editor

I'd love him to send that to BF now and gauge their response - it's a depressing reminder of what the company were all about when they started

If I was a direct competitor to Betfair I'd arrange a publicity stunt at their offices with a coffin, as Betfair once did in the other direction.

HI Peter,

Do you think it is a possibility to get the software to compete with Betfair. I'd love to see you give them a good run for thier money.

About time somebody tried to improve the exchanges, especially the high commision rates which should be reset each year. E.g - You only pay high commision on anything over £150k and that resets every April 6th.

Good on ya...
