anyone into the harness racing? any advice?
Those markets are hypersensitive to 1-3 favs early lead. You can compare market activity and race replays to make sure of it.

"Trot S" type races often can be a mess on early start and few seconds after start.

Been out charter fishing so missed the day (3:30 am start and 12 beers in making typing a challenge :D ). Hope you bods had a good one. Bot lost which sucks but I think I have solved the issue/repercussions where matched bets are not recorded as matched when they actually are matched (as mentioned in previous threads) New BA functionality has provided a fix by the looks :ugeek: Anyway, happy trading folks :)

I was my best session of the new season so far. Hoping it's a pre-cursor to the spring.

They trade a lot like dog races.

Have to be very careful, as horses can gallop in the score up. Very painful, when waiting for a matched bet near the start, and it gallops price shoots to 999. Torched stake.

Inplay money is terrible. If the short priced fav gets crossed for the lead, your are stuck in a world of pain. The book % is around 150 to 160 and the smallest amounts. When you do get out in play, you have sold value lol :D .

I'm sure some traders make some decent money out of them.

Can Liam Howley break the losing streak of having well backed runners that have lost. I think its over 50 in a row.He has the 2 equal favs in Geelong race 5, I like Spanish Point.

Does anyone now if the course Capa (AUS) is a turnover charge market, just noticed it on my bot as an unknown course so my bot omitted betting on it

I looked on Racenet.com, results, future meetings and googled it - couldn't find anything. Are you sure Betfair had markets there?

Rechecked my logs, looks like it's a new Aussie greyhound course they've added. Luckily the dogs don't come into turnover charge territory. Thanks for looking

Hoping with race fitness on our side Achieve Victory can get thru the heavy conditions and win race 4 Bairnsdale.

Will be interesting how the race trades.I could see money coming for the fav Navarre.

Always makes it easy for the layers, when the horse misses the start by 3 lengths :D

Looks like another well backed fav in race 4 Wangaratta, expecting this one to run well.
