I've got some joker in my inbox offering me a "live steaming" service
I think everyone got one of those, nothing shouts "killer product" more than prices being slashed. If I had a product that would shovel fivers into people's pockets I'd be putting the prices up every month, not having a fire sale, and it would be a hell of a lot more expensive than $10/day.

I thought as much. I think I will ignore the irritating ballbag... :D

What if flipping wrong with Microsoft? They won't allow you to login with your fingerprint without also setting up a PIN, so thieves can at least have a go!

Plus, these guys are stealing and roping you into their criminal profiteering. Have you ever bought something from a random bloke down your local pub?

I'm sort of glad they do. I can never get my fingerprint to work and I'm rescued by my pin.

Mine you I've been doing rendering for a week (house not graphics) and I don't think I've got any fingerprints left right now Couple of months ago I managed to take the skin off my fingertips with rust eater acid so god bless Microsoft for thinking about the terminally careless. :).

You've got a password to fall back on. I just made my PIN the same as my password.

I installed Windows 10 today on an older computer. When you select offline account they ask, do you want all the benefits of a Microsoft login or a limited experience.

If you select limited experience, then they ask, would you like to change your mind or are you a flipping dickhead?!!

Pin is numbers password has letters? I don't think I've got a password on my phone but if I have it's my usual one :D

My antivirus asks if I want a deal or to "miss out'. :)

Sky anchor-woman talking about Sara Sharif's parents as though they're already guilty.

And people wonder why I gave up watching the news :) It's either gawkish sensationalism or terrifying things we can't do anything about. I'm happy to be blissfully ignorant, unless it's about the Tories and I'm all over it :)

Btw great new BBC 2 doc about how shambolic they are. Plenty of insiders spilling the beans. And has come up just when I've finished watching The Thick Of It again, "Rise of the Nutters' was especially . prescient.

(in the interest of balance, they're all shambolic)

Even the retired police chief was talking in the same vain. In fairness, if they're not guilty I'll believe in god again, but I'd expect a newsreader to be more careful.

The world is going a bit bonkers. Putin snuggling up to KimJong Un.
We've had a US president trying to instigate insurrection in "The Land of the Free".
My sister believes we are witnessing the the breakdown of democracy.
She just see's entropy. The system simply can't sustain itself.
I'm more optimistic.
If any creature on the planet can sort things out it's humans.
I don't remember an ant or gorilla making a great speech or landing on the moon.
