Can anyone tell me where I can watch all australian horse racing? I only know about racing.com. But there not many races. I am from Ukraine and try to register skybets and other sites but it's only for australian. Today I lost 96$ on Penrith race 6 because it starts earlier on about 2 minutes and I didn't see when the race starts. So need some help. I also know about radio on tab.com.au

Hi lyudnikov, welcome to the forum.

If you can get Sky Sports Racing in your location they cover most Australian racing. Alternatively, Sky Radio is pretty fast when it's working at least. I haven't tried it for a while but you here the races off even before Betfair suspend the markets.

Hi, Derek27 and thanks for your answer. But I have the same problem - this site only for australian. I just understand that if I have lost 96$ it would be better to spent that money to subscribtion on TV coverage.

Good Morning Gents

Just spent a few days catching up on this thread and have a few questions if I may -

1/ It was mentioned the API goes down (for maintenance?) once a week - when is this and how long is it for?

2/ What does the term DOB stand for? As I understand it - it is letting the profit you make trading go into play so you have a free bet - but I may be wrong.

Thanks in advance - this forum is an invaluable source of info!

Hi Daz, not sure about the api question. It's pretty smooth 247 for me, but I am in the UK.

DoB (aka Dobbing https://www.betangel.com/glossary/)...stands for double or bust. It's a technique where you place a back bet before the start of the race, and attempt to lay it off at half the price in-play. You either double your stake if your lay bet gets matched, or lose it if it doesn't, hence the name. It's one for the guys who specialise in knowing how a horse is likely to run really, not my thing. It doesn't have to be half the price/double the money it could be 1/3 the price, triple your money or anything, but Dobbing is a bit of a blanket term.

Good. You can drop the surname now we're aquainted ;)
Almost the end of the night for me, 4:30am here. Good luck if you're having a trade or two.

I wish people would drop my surname. Nobody wants to be called '27'. ;)

Hi. You should install Opera browser. I'm from Romania and radio works with Opera without VPN. Also Opera has own VPN you need to open private window to activate VPN.

Don't go to "Listen Now", go to "Play audio". Wait few seconds to load and press again if it's not loading. It should work.

It is a glorious day here in Sydney and while it looks to be a fair bit colder and more miserable in Melbourne hoping everyone has a great day for the Everest and the Caulfield cup.

Good luck to you too guzuty. Early (2:15) start at Caulfield UK time. Looking forward to Randwick, not enough tokens left to trade all of Newcastle.

Keen on Warning race 4 Caulfield. He might get out in the market, trying to catch him at the top
