It's not dramatical but sometimes can be a sign of a bigger problem.

it must be international customers not using the uk server that are still able to trade while my bets are frozen?

Bets were getting placed but not showing up on the ladder. I ended up with 3x bets and had difficulty changing the price on the Betfair site.

I just had a similiar issue. I tried to cancel some open bets on the Betfair website and just got an error processing request message.

Was able to cancel them no problem through BA though
