That's really odd. Nothing should match while a market is suspended ....and BA by default cancels all bets when it goes in-play.
If you can prove you had matches while it was suspended, (perhaps a dummy Guardian rule that logs it) then it sounds like something that you need to talk to BF about.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe you had them set to Keep, changed them indiviually in the Unmatched bets window to 'Cancel' and didn't hit the 'Submit changes' button. ?

Why do I keep getting matched during the market suspension? My bets are set to cancel IP please help

You are probably getting hoovered up by BF in the SP process. If you watch the traded amounts for a specific horse they'll change at the exact moment the race goes in-play particularly around the favourites which is BF matching money to balance the accounting for their sp process. It's a bit of a mystery how it works exactly but sometimes it'll hoover several or more ticks in one direction. I generally get a feeling for which direction this will go based on several factores and use it to green out of a bad trade.
