I can't help feeling that a certain poster's legendary - in my mind at least - comment that how good a female player looks is important in trading was actually true for a minute there today. Serena seemed to trade quite a bit higher than someone with her SP and the score as it were along the way would normally be doing.
That, well let's just call it interesting, outfit looked like it was highlighting that she wasn't exactly swift across the court and looked winded pretty early. She may be an opportunity to look out for next round.

Spot the difference, below are the charts from the first and last of the women's 1st round matches this year
You'll be amazed just how often this is and has been repeated already

This is a real beginners' question, looking at a list of matches, how do you tell which are men's and which are women's?

Tennis AND Match Odds AND French Open AND Womens
Times shown in Guardian are the official start times but earlier matches often overrun so as the day goes on most of the later matches will go off later than advertised.
They do sometimes get updated time starts if weather has stopped play etc

I'm pleased I didn't miss anything obvious

So no convention like womens' full first names & mens' just the initial letter? ...i guess not or you'd have said.
