It's not really a big deal Betfair UK don't do this. It would just be repeating similar content and anyone serious is already engaging with the Australian assistance anyway. And tbf Betfair UK Dev do get involved with the Slack group, happily chat on email, and turn up for drinks. Most of the people moaning about Betfair UK don't even seem to be involved with dev anyway, how many people on here actually have an api licence?

Moral of the story is Betfair AUS do a much better job at engaging with their customers than Betfair UK, whether you have an api license or not.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Sun Jun 27, 2021 8:25 pmIt's not really a big deal Betfair UK don't do this. Have you for instance seen their value/rating "YOUR DATA SCIENCE RATINGS" ? One of those things. Good for value seekers and its all free.
They have the same thing for greyhounds as already mentioned here above.
https://www.betfair.com.au/hub/horse-racing-tips/
And what is befair UK offering apart from ordinary, regular horse or gh form ?

Some inside sources say they are working on something to attract more people to the exchange but what it is, I have no idea.

From my experience the grade of race is a big factor in being able to make a profit or loss.jamesedwards wrote: ↑Mon Jun 28, 2021 8:14 pmIncredible how quickly the dogs can turn on you. I can make money all day long on OR, A1, A2, A3 but anything else grade wise then I end up with losses the size of Venezuela’s national debt.

Hello Gets..
I'm trying to look deep into trading GH.. What i'm looking for is how can I work with past results in dog racing at least to have an idea the dos will run on the next race.
For example this links:
https://www.timeform.com/greyhound-raci ... -02/896762
https://greyhoundsform.betfair.com/racingform
give me a lot of data .. what to choose from them in order to get a hints what dog is running well and most of all what dog will run bad.
Are a lot of races daily and is pity not to get at least 100 penny from each race . An automation would be welcome .. I've tried several.. I got some profit but days are different and I lost too. Lay favourite /Back outsiders

Cheers,
33%-40% favourite is winning
15%-25% 2nd favourite is winning
Overall around 50-55% of races are won by 1st& 2nd
Stats from 1 Jan-30 June 2021 .Excel data.

Yes but obviously each individual dog bet needs to at a value price, just knowing x% of dogs did something doesn't help to find value. And the issue with the data you're looking for is that everyone else has it, so a dog that's been running well will probably be priced accordingly. Finding value in dog racing is a tricky business especially using hard fundamental data such as form and form data alone won't give you a pricing model. If you're serious about the dogs then you might find this interesting...https://youtu.be/90oJjw9vTKw
