Cant cancel my bets on 12.00 Leicester in-play, is there an issue?

Update - had to switch to Betfair.com to cancel and noticed prices just stale on the site.

apparently they do get placed as the balance shows that, but cant see them on the ladder

Exactly! Annoying thing is that the market is/was sat at my exit price, went through it and my closing position is still sat there. Tough luck I suppose but if Rania wins I’ll be sore, especially when it could of been matched multiple times.
