I thought you were in touch with a guy from AtTheRaces, does he no longer work for the company?
I know I emailed him after you gave the address and he replied.
I tried that a while back since they changed over to Sky Sports Racing from ATR after that initial success back when they were ATR a couple of years ago, but got no reply this recent time.
I will try it again as this is so frustrating to miss such good racing.
If anyone else wants to email them as well please do so as the more that do the better and more likely they take action:

Not a bad session but feel I missed a few opportunities, didn't get the best out of it. I'll send an email but unless they're inundated with emails begging to show HK racing (or empty paddocks) I think they're completely bonkers and won't likely see sense!
