Useful to know how long to the off, that's what I use it for really.
Are you in the UK Naffman?

what kind of tweaking i just noticed pale moon browser buffers less most streams and is ahead of chrome/firefoxDr_Zoidberg wrote: ↑Fri Mar 20, 2020 1:12 pmYep, they have 2 channels called Trackside 1 and 2. One is just Sky 1 rebranded (with NZ odds graphics) and the other has a bit of AU stuff but is more NZ racing focused. Tab.co.nz if you want a look but you'll need an NZ VPN to use it and a funded account to watch the streams.
Up until they changed the site completely it was the fastest AU feed available, it was even faster than the commercial SKY subscription here in AU that people were paying a boatload for. With a bit of tweaking you could get latency down to about 2.3 or 2.4 seconds. Then they screwed with the site and it's 15+![]()

Basically just playing around with browsers as you've said and also testing different internet connections - ethernet, wifi, 4g etc. I can't give you a logical explanation but some days the connection with the lowest speed and the highest ping was up to half a second quicker than the 'fast' internet. I'd test maybe a dozen browser and connection combos before settling on one for the day. Doesn't seem to matter as much for Sky etc, something about the NZ feed seemed to be unique in that respect.
At least no HK racing this week!
Surprised to see Euler / Peter saying he was going to be skipping today's Oz session on Twitter. He has gone soft

It has been said

Not got HK but got sodding Avoca pissing all over the Rosehill build up
