Bottom line, don't back unders if you're not prepared to lose your stake at some point, you may have speed advantage on obscure markets but it comes with additional risks as BF don't always manage those markets correctly, and they don't always own up to their mistakes either.

Not every strategy is based on what happens in the next 30 seconds. Some strategies look further ahead. I just had a back bet on under 3.5 when Man City scored a second goal. Didn't cancel it and nobody was quick enough to take it, 5-second delay and market suspension was enough.
