It's not always easy to predict, but generally it follows the bigger meetings and peak season. Wherever there's group racing will usually attract more liquidity and these races are in abundance during the peak season, that's October/November and March/April. But you'll always find exceptions.

Going to have a bash at this tonight no work forced to sit st home
Im looking at it from a small stakes mental test if nothing else it can train the brain to take it as it comes win or lose for the future uk racing I traded the last 2 UK racing days for a profit and so I'm going to see if I can keep the ball rolling

You just need to remember the scheduled start time is just a loose guide. If they're ready they'll let them go and if they're not they might hang around for 15mins. US horserace betting primarily happens at the track rather than in betting shops so they only need to consider the punters at the track rather than clockwatching for people elsewhere.

Just read a racenet article and C Newitt says he's going to struggle without an income for 4 weeks, if someone like him that gets all the plum rides will struggle what about everyone else
