Interesting - my wife never tells me how much she paid for the endless shoes and bags she comes back with but she does tell me how much she saved.
Sports Direct charge 5 times too much for their trainers, but they give you 80% off. :)

This virus has to have been one of the fastest and most infectious we have ever seen spread.
Only to now be dwarfed by greed and now stupidity
Makes you dispair doesn't it. According to the experts if everyone stayed 2m apart for 14 days the virus would be stopped in its tracks. Wierd how people are worried enough to strip the shop shelves but not worried enough to follow basic instructions. I wouldn't mind if they just infected each other, that would be well needed chlorine in the gene pool but they're putting everyone at risk.

I've just bought an 18-pack of Stella. :D There were more packs available but my selflessness prevented me from purchasing more than one. ;)

No realistic chance of that, you can catch it off surfaces. But that video McGoo posted was an eye-opener, completely forgot anti-bacterial soap is ineffective against viruses but the soap part of the liquid doesn't just was the virus off your hands but actually kills it!

Even if that worked (impossible to enforce in reality) you'd then have to quarantine all visitors to the UK for 14 days or simply ban them indefinitely. Suits me!

It's obviously hypothetical.

Cheapest and best is a brake cleaner, 3 quid for a 600ml can and it dries in seconds. Smells great too, no woman wants their man to smell like a bunch of flowers. ;)

Trump is losing patience.
WE CANNOT LET THE CURE BE WORSE THAN THE PROBLEM ITSELF. AT THE END OF THE 15 DAY PERIOD, WE WILL MAKE A DECISION AS TO WHICH WAY WE WANT TO GO!
Sounds like he's testing the waters for a retreat.

:D it's the only real alternative fragrance since they banned creosote. My lads been doing the cam belt on an ambulance today, makes you realise how pointless our 'job' is.

"British MPs are due to go on their Easter break at the end of next week - but rumours have been circulating they might shut up shop early because of the coronavirus outbreak."
NHS and supermarket staff must be highly impressed by that. What a shower!

"The BBC's political editor, Laura Kuenssberg, says Prime Minister Boris Johnson will address the nation at 20:30 GMT tonight."
Somehow, I don't think this is going to be good news.
Lockdown? Whatever that means.
Police/Soldiers on the street querying your reasons for being out and about?

Students have already been "advised" to leave their digs....if a lockdown is then further issued;

I wonder where they stand paying further rent, as the uni's are closed too?
