In faintly positive move I spoke to betfair today and they said in the medium term there will be changes to PC.

Not sure how long the "medium term" will be.

Medium term can be either 2 weeks or 3 years. I'm thinking it will be closer to 3 years

At least they are talking about changing it which is better than not, so here's to hoping PC can be changed.

Can you elaborate any on this? What has prompted the changes?

Quote "Doing more for premium customers" was what they said.

Betfair UK's version of doing more for premium customers is to send them the occasional email newsletter.

Received a call from Betfair yesterday in response to some feedback I left last week.

During the conversation the caller bought up the topic of the possible PC changes/offers.

Nothing has been set in stone yet but we may see some incentives in June.

The conversation overall was a very positive one.

What happened in the last at Geelong?

Work the line, 5k traded at 1.02 and below??

It was never anywhere near the lead. Did Terry call the wrong horse? I had the volume down.

Cross of Gold swept past them from last, and he called it as Work The Line...

How does this happen? I can't believe people blindly back off the call?

I have the volume off 90% of the time as I prefer to trust my own judgement during the run. No outside influences.

Get back on the horse, it happens to all of us.

Only other time I've seen it recently was around 3 months ago, on a Sunday arvo. Think it was a heat of the Country Championships series...

Funniest part was that he was calling the winner "Prince Charming" and it was actually a horse called "Are You Sure"

I found it funny
