The last t Lingfield was lovely.
I know this is nothing for some of you guys but for me this is a really big result.
Tomorrow looks like it could be a good day

Whichever way you look at it, that's a good result

Lost money on that one. Just couldn't find a theme to it!

Got bitten hard on Poets Reward there. Was in a good position with a bit of profit and then it flew off in the other direction. Didn't see it coming and just couldn't get out. Another chastening experience to add to the collection. I assume everyone else had plenty of these at the start?

£4 loss on the day, after looking at all your comments & results I feel absolutely useless

Wish my loss was £4! had a big loss on the first race of the day. Managed to claw it back and then i had 2 bad trades at the end. Making too many silly errors. finished on -£18

Never judge yourself by others results. You are relatively new to the market, so still plenty to learn. Some decent races tomorrow and over the next week.

If you have a difficult day don't beat yourself up too much and if you had a really good day don't celebrate too much. Element of luck in everything.

Did anyone else struggle at Bath today?
I had a +25 +7 -50 -4 -25 at Bath.
I think the scheduling ruined the card especially the feature there
Only other loss today was the first at Lingfield which was -3

I'm right at the start of my little journey so was only using £1 ticks and was 4 races on the bounce up and then the last at Newcastle left me nearly -£19 so feel your pain mate. Stupid errors stopping progress. I hand on heart thought it was going to come in a little.

my problem is I know only one method & when it works it works well, however it's days like this when it seems another method would've worked just as well, it's just that I haven't the confidence or experience to explore other methods & it annoys me when I could've made money if I knew other ways of executing moves, guess it's only when I feel I've 'mastered' the one I 'know' I'll move on to another, bit frustrated today as the markets I selected really suited my execution..

You tend to start with one strategy, feel you understand it well then layer new ones on top of it. Eventually you reach the point where you will reach a market and know which one will suit. It's all about the execution at that point.

Exactly what Euler said, my normal method was not working at all today so had to switch it up.
A lot of the races seem to trade more like a maiden imo, once a move started it just seem to continue. More 'legit' money today maybe..?

The quality of racing I presume ;)
Sure, and what indicates this?
