Is the API down or some other problem ?

Is anyone else having problem logging in on Bet Angel this morning?

I'm getting "Unable to get account detials. Exception The remote server returned an Error (404) Not found"

But i am able to get to logo into the website

I'm in and trading OK, but I notice my balance is not updating properly on BA.

I signed into BF website OK though, and the balance was correct there......warning signs of an outage perhaps?

I logged in at 7.30am. It was fine then

It appears if you were already in, the markets are trading OK, but I think this maybe an API issue, because like I say.....my balance is updating fine on BF, but not BA

Confirmed as a Betfair issue. It's failing when we call Betfair for information.

When did they have the last maintenance update? I'm sure it was this week or last. Not long ago. They always seem to have outages after maintenance and then having to roll it back.

8th May was the scheduled maintenance.

The Betfair Helpdesk clueless as usual. Someone had to post the page you have linked to when asked about the major API outage and when it might be fixed.

I heard the DWP, FBI, Interpol and MI5 stopped all withdrawals from Betfair as Dave from Coventry won £3.34 and dared to withdraw it to treat himself to a bottle of Lambrini with his lady wife. He's wanted across 5 different continents for money laundering due to a Tote place pot win from 2014 which flagged him up.

His house was raided at 14.27 this afternoon and is currently being waterboarded as they want to know where the money came from to win £3.34
