Yeah, ignore what I said, was miss-reading the data.

Phew ! So it's just a case of the runner not adhering to the stats ? FFS !

Still, forced me to do a quick sanity check so all good.

The winning dog had stepped up in grade. Which would have been a bad dog to lay at that price.

Its annoying SL don't include the grade in the form. Need to go and grab that elsewhere now.Archery1969 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 4:28 pmYes.

There’s a separate data tab which is fully automated. The only manual part placing a bet/trade but shortly that should be fully automated too.AlexisMartin wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 9:16 amyou mush have spent so much time inputting the data for best times! hopefuly it pays off!

Surely the advice column aren't automated and certainly irrelevant if you're auto betting?

It's too much data per day to upload on here unfortunately. I'm not looking to share the code at the moment either I'm afraid, lot of effort on my part to get there.murdok wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 12:28 pmwill you be able to share the scrap ?sniffer66 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 12:03 pmFinally got https://www.thegreyhoundrecorder.com fully scraped today. thx
It's all raw data at the moment in 6 linked tables. Next job is to query it down to required stats per dog. Once I have that I may post the odd day up.
i take it that you were meaning https://www.thegreyhoundrecorder.com.au, i.e. the AUS dogs.sniffer66 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 12:03 pmFinally got https://www.thegreyhoundrecorder.com fully scraped today. Every dog, every stat table. Should be interesting now![]()
shame there's no underlaying *private api* calls, tho everything does seem to be laid out in easy to navigate class names etc.. so should be easy to maintain, should minor changes to the structure come about (as they inevitably will)
