You have a profit condition that your selection must be less than -£5 between 1hr 20mins and 1hr 30min before the rule will trigger
this likely stopped it from triggering.

Your rule is placing the bets afyet KO, but if you want to keep unmatched bets then add a
keep all unmatched bets rule
and have it trigger a few seconds after your bets/offsets are in the market

I deleted both "close trade" rules but anyway nothing happens.
In "automation" I see "Triggers" 1/1 but there is no placed bets.

It looks like you have added two profit conditions to the same 'close trade rule'
You need two close trade rules, one for each profit condition
(It would probably be easier just to go back to the bottom post on page 7 and use that file and just change the arm times)
Those are your back bets triggering
The close trade rules are set up fine now but won't trigger until the profit conditions you have given them are met
