The fast pic/radio guys got burnt again on the 1st at Sunshine Coast. Favourite trading at $2.40, misses the jump and BSP's at $3 and wins comfortably. Problem is it was always going to settle last so missing the kick by 2 lengths made no material difference to it's chances, especially a track with a long straight like SC. There's a potential edge there for someone who can be bothered, the slow start layers jump in regardless of whether or not a horse would normally settle at the tail. You'd probably get half a dozen opportunities each day, not huge money but enough to put food on the table
