No release date was forth coming. So I will throw my hat into the ring with my suggestion.....(imagine James Bond walking into Miss Moneypenny's office and throwing it at the hat stand) ....here we go.

I think it is Multiple Offsets in Global.

Presently, you can only offset your opening trade once via number of ticks or a percentage of the opening price. I think the update could allow mulitple offsets so, example:

I lay Horse A at 2.00 for £100 - offsets are activated in £20 batches at predefinded stakes of £20 @ 2.5, 3.0 & 4.0 instead of the current sinlge offset option of 3.5 (example). This would offer you the opportunity to make a larger profit from the same risk if say your initial laybet was a £100 lay at 2.0. Discuss....your offsets could be at 5.0 7.0 & 10 if you wanted them.

That I would like!!

Touché

I agree it would be not necessarily be a game changer I just would really like and use it!!

I have no idea really what a gamer changer would realistically be.

I would really like a "I have changed my mind" button

You can do the above, in other API software (for about 3 yrs, if memory serves).

i think as long as the hype hasn't been overdone, then a game changer would literally present itself as a quantum step forward (something not offered by the competition) in offering opportunity to find new edges in the market(s). additional features certainly wouldn't be classed in that way - a functional approach that maybe used a little machine learning would.

I'd love to see an advanced ladder, where individual orders can be seen alongside - that really would be game-changing. But I'm not sure if Betfair release this kind of data

People ask so nicely.

You can do it, via the custom column (global master column command).

I am not going to name the software, on a rival website.

I did guess previously that it would be a binary ladder but....

my new guess is that you can place orders from advanced charts a but like you do with financial software packages.

Would simply be a click on the chart at the price you want and off it goes. Could also add limits/stop losses to wherever you want.

now, that definitely would make a huge difference, especially if coupled with VWAP etc.

I'm hoping the new chap icon is a discipline monitor. Checks what I am doing and shouts various things i.e. "Stop being a twat Rich!", "Wrong way dickhead!", etc.
This little guy is Jonnyg, you click on the image during a football match and he gives you 68 pages of early goal metric / survival analysis :D Sorry, I just had to say it.

If that were the case it would have to have a close button that just spawned more copies of the same stuff.
