Nice trading quote
jeff,
reckon letiss could be onto something.im sure as a copywriter you have the skill to edit this thread and present it to the publishers of the "little book of series"; you know the ones that litter the pay counter of waterstones etc, little book of calm, the little book of peace, the little book of feng shui etc.
you could write the little book of trading quotes. i even bought one a couple of weeks back in waterstones as i was waiting to pay. the little book of essential foreign insults. im off to france and germany in few weeks. just what i need only a couple of quid.

Whether I use someone else's name or not, I'm not going to be able to get away with plaigerising other people's work!to75ne wrote:forgot about copyright, could you not use someone else's name.![]()

When I do knuckle down and finally do a bit of writing, I'll be penning a novel, but that's another story (no pun intended!)...

“the human understanding, once it has adopted an opinion, collects any instances that confirms it, and though the contrary instances may be more numerous and more weighty, it either does not notice them or else rejects them, in order that this opinion will remain unshaken.” - Francis Bacon
'I believe people put too much of a premium on being right. [...] Knowing that I was not likely to be right that often, I had to trade in a way that would make me a lot of money when I was right and not lose me a lot of money when I was wrong. If that wasn't enough, it also had to be simple enough for me to understand.'
