What a debut for João Félix with Chelsea, getting sent off.

Surely the ice is forming cracks under Potters feet !

If he survives I would be astonished. But even if he does, can anyone imagine a glorious future?
But Arteta IM0 was finished, but turned an apparently useless team into potential title winners. So, who knows.
Football eh?

I have a trade on Lampard to go first, so Potter has put the skids under that a little.

If Southampton beat Everton tomorrow I think your trade might be good!

Lampard rather than Potter. Although I'm still puzzled why Chelsea and Potter got together in the first place. I wish Potter well, but suspect Chelsea may be too toxic an environment. Nice payoff though.

Everton have a knack for winning this "under pressure" type of game. Might not be enough to save Frank as Everton see themselves knocking on the door of europe than struggling each year in the relegation zone. David Moyes is another that is more likely as they have high expactations too.

Premier League clubs taking chances on managers who were great players but are unproven or failed managing at the top level seems like such a risky business

Should be a defining day today for a few clubs.

If it's unsafe for Everton's board of directors to attend the match, surely the match should be called off?

Next it will be unsafe for the players to turn up!

Sad state of affairs, Bill Kenwright has been involved with Everton as long as I can remember and is Everton through and through one of the good guys in football but his money hasn't been enough to compete for a long time (even with selling half the club).
