First loss of the morning at Morph. I can never get on there.
There is a special promotion for some Australia betfair users today to bet at morphetville. That might help morphetville, but generally I do poorly there, commission generation only :?
Same here, but if I manage to win anything it looks like the promotion applies here as well.

Randwick/Kensington must be easy to bot. Just chuck bets in at random and you should win. :D

Been able to front run some big orders at the weaker meets this week on the lay side, I don't often see that

Just can't seem to lose at NSW. No matter how bad things are going I end up in green. :D

Why's Morphettville 5% market base rate??

I've got it on my database as 8%, and presumably that's what it once was?
South Australia's always 5% now

There were incredible bonuses today: 100% on South Australia and, separately, 20% on all markets. Only for $200/$300 but I'd like this to continue. An extra $500 per week would be much appreciated.

I didn't receive any offers/bonuses today. I had a bunch about 12 months ago but absolutely nothing since ☹️

It’s interesting they way they do things. My offer was only on morphetville - which is for me a break even proposition at best. No other offer. Which is fine, betfair can segment and individualise as much as they like - it’s there money.

Thanks Anbell. Betfair says, "We encourage all punters who are enthusiastic about having a wagering industry that provides better value, to support this move by TRSA and get behind their product."

Let's hope the other districts follow suit.

Edit: SA harness markets are still 8%!

Front running means having knowledge of an order before it hits the market and getting there first. Don't think that's what you were doing.

I always check what $6000 means in £'s at the start of the week, but I think Google has changed the scale of the chart to make it look a more volatile market. ;)

You're right, I hear that phrase quite a bit here but frankly don't know quite what they mean. Front running was big in the days liquidity exchanges started up and you could trace orders arriving at the key exchanges, and then front run the pool before the unmatched order arrived there having failed to match on the main exchanges. Or even just flash trading, where you get a tip-off from the network before an order even gets to an exchange, and you get yours there first. Front running in sports just seems to be being prepared to take a slightly worse price than someone who's determined to get filled...presumably smarter money and you hope it's still a smart move minus a tick, like free riding.

What's the story eightbo? Enligten us.

If you've selected the 2% commission rate you're barred from all offers.

That's what I thought De4rek but even though I'm a 2%'er I'm still sent "free spin" email offers.
