Yeah, it's really messy today, really messy. Not enough time between races to get decent amount through.

I've had a good day today. (When I say good day, a good day for me!)

Even impressed myself with my scalping!

Well done Benny, glad you had a good session.

I made a large loss today. I fell victim to my own emotions and inexperience, I ignored logic when faced with a very long series of negitive trades.
On reflextion I think I was a victim of 'Spoofing'.
A concept new to me until today but seems to be the only real explination.
Does anyone here place spoofs? Does anyone have any tips to combat spoofing? Should I embrace it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

At Leicester tomorrow there are 3 runners in the 1:10pm, 4 in the 1:40pm and 4 in the 2:10pm.

Surprised anyone can be bothered to turn up to watch that.

Hi Steve
The reason I ask is, i went there a few months ago…and the paragraph below is from an email I sent to another trader (on this forum) at the time…:-

I stood on the finish line and watched the prices as the horses came off the final bend. Even with a good 100- 150 yards to the finish, they were trading sub 1.1
I really dont know how anyone can sustain making a profit doing this, it was touch and go to say the least.
I also had a chat with one of the on course bookies and he pointed towards the 'Eclipse Suites' at the end of the track and said that a number of traders rented a room in there and traded via the on course screen. I asked whether it was SIS or pictures from the track and he said he didn't know. I did contemplate walking over there but they had all the curtains closed, so decided not to!…...

In the past, I've stayed clear of Lingfield as I could never get the automation to be net positive on this course…however having said that, this last six months or so has changed slightly and Ive had some good wins…so i have re introduced it into the mix..(jury still out)
I would be interested to see how you get on today Steve
regards
Peter

Is anyone else's VPN down? I can't connect and it doesn't look like my automation is placing bets....
