Eh, I don't have an interest in your politics, I just call it how I see, so I don't have an agenda, I certainly didn't vote for Labour either, how could I when it's spelled incorrectly :)

You are more than welcome to your own agenda whatever it is, as much as David is to his own, despite his bias I agree with his main point that Madrid fans in this one particular game shouldn't be allowed to roam around Europe for the simple fact that Madrid is the very epicenter of their outbreak, just like I agree with your point that the decisions would be the same under different leadership and that some people will use whatever stick they can find to beat the current one with.

To me personally it seems a bit like inviting Wuhan FC or Milan FC for a game of football which seems a bit mad under the circumstances, but to each their own. If you're interested in an argument try messaging David, you know where to find him :)

...and Syria and Yemen and Palestine and Afghanistan all are irrelevent. What a world we live in. Empty shelves over 6 deaths out of 380, (27000 tested). It sometimes makes me weep. Whatever we suffer over the next few months, just imagine the impact on Africa (which we ALL came from).

Coronavirus conference cancelled....due to coronavirus
A conference that was due to discuss the effects of "doing business under coronavirus" has been cancelled, due to the spread of the infection, Bloomberg are reporting.

The Council on Foreign Relations, which was due to run the event in New York on Friday, said it will be postponed until August.

I haven't posted at all about my politics, I just stated that this Government and any Government in the UK would be guided by the science in terms of the measures they take and that people are using the Corona Virus to beat the current Government.

Nor do I have an interest in your politics or your ability to be the spelling police. In my case the miss-spelling is not due to dyslexia though I often think why people need to pull people up on their spelling from behind a keyboard when they have no clue if someone suffers from dyslexia. I wonder how it must feel for that person with dyslexia, I suspect it isn't, oh thanks for pointing out my error that was really good of you.

Try using voice recognition software instead of typing and you might find you aren't quite so perfect either but make sure you have a long lead on the mic so it reaches you up on your high horse ;)

True he can have his own agenda, regardless of it being based on science or not. My agenda is to trust the scientists as I am 100% confident they have far greater knowledge, experience and data than I could ever get from reading articles online and other peoples tweets.

Anyway, I have said my two pennies worth so will move on.

There is due to be another Cobra Meeting today and then a press conference I believe so it will be interesting to see what the new guidance is.

The odds on Aintree being off have shortened quite a lot, now 1.3 / 1.4.

But there is no error, your spelling was perfect and Labour is the correct spelling in the UK. It was just a random joke (barely even that) since the American spelling which heavily influences me spells it Labor. Sorry you misinterpreted it that way and got triggered for no reason I guess. Yikes, tough crowd :?

But what about my man-feelings Jim? I just got called an insensitive grammar nazi jerk :o Never been so insulted in my life!

There are far more important things to fight over than spelling under the current circumstances, like toilet paper for example : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktf7iKHfCwg

It will be interesting to see what this warmer weather does to the number of cases being diagnosed.

"They" say any hot weather will slow the numbers down, with a prediction, the numbers will spike higher in the winter months.

We've had the mildest winter for donkey's years up here, 3 frosts? I'm not sure we'll see a marked reduction as we roll into spring. As usual there seems to be the usual lax journalism in the redtops, they don't seem to understand the difference between dying with C19 and dying from C19. As far as I can tell nobody has actually died from C19 in the UK although several have died with it. 600 people have died with regular flu this year by comparison.

As an aside I was talking to a friend in the US yesterday, the cost of a C19 test in their area is iro $3,000. I can't see many blue collar workers wanting to go into debt to find out if they've got it. Such blatent profiteering is shocking but not suprising.

Joke all you want but FYI on a Yank forum this would be considered racism. You have no idea how many people get called crackers in the United States of Murica, just saying.
