HSBC spike blamed on fat fingers! Looks like someone has taken a $400k hit.

A very interesting read...... 8-)
Have been experimenting with automation settings in Guardian to try and nail this Fat Finger phenomena....
Guess you may require the Patience of Job. :| :?:
The settings need to be extreme.
You want to avoid genuine steamers and big drifters.
Have to watch out for multiple withdrawals.
The Time settings before the event could be critical.
How far out before the start? :?:
A little like a Carp Fisherman....could be a long drawn out game of patience.....
What level of staking is going to make it worthwhile?
Any thoughts would be most welcome

Thought I'd bring this thread back to life. Didn't find it the other week on that amazing fat finger race.

We don't appear to see as many these days - do you think XM has had an impact, Peter?

There are still quite a few, its just that not many are posted.
Most of the ones posted on here are posted after XM was introduced anyway

(BTW : I know that question was pitched at Peter W not me :D )

I'm going to have to have another look at that race. I must have looked the other way at that point.
