How to avoid the Betfair premium charge

Not that I'm remotely close to being in a position to need to avoid premium charge; or even it being something that I'd necessarily be interested in doing, but out of interest:
What have people's experiences been using Orbit Exchange with BetInAsia which is a Betfair skin/ clone that places the bets for you onto the exchange and is responsible itself for your account activity and commission.
And does laying a winning bet at 1.01 do anything to affect premium charge?
