It seems to be happening fairly often nowadays. Maybe they are struggling handling increased traffic but it's something they really need to get a handle on

I have seen these issues in the past but it has been a while since they last happened. But it really isn't good to have them on Gold Cup day and today!

Really needs fixing once and for all!

We didn't get many queries in support on the other days, so I suspected that wasn't directly a Betdaq issue. But it is today.

I don't think it is increased traffic that is causing the issues, I think it is something more fundamental with the underlying system.

We design Bet Angel to tolerate issues were possible, as we know getting out is important. But there are obviously non client related problems at the moment.

I had an email saying they think it is fixed now but I am still having a lot of issues. I am going to call it a day after the 16:10 feature race.

It seemed to get better for a while but then went again. It's a bit on and off.

Got into real trouble on the 14:40 but escaped by the skin of my teeth

Yup utterly useless - having problems left right and centre - The 14:40 took an age to go ir.

Which software are you using Naffman?

Glad you got out okay Peter - luckily I had such a shambles in the previous race that I was sitting the 14:40 out.

Won't be touching it anymore today.

Very worrying ahead of Aintree.

Was really looking forward to getting stuck into Aintree on BD, might just stick with Betfair now, not worth it.
