I hope only the Trump voters got frost bitten.

Trump asked his supporters to go out and vote even if the cold kills them, after casting their vote. Sounds good to me, they won't be able to vote in the election. :D

Maybe he will throw all his resources behind Haley. I know he's endorsed Trump but what politicians say and what they do are entirely different.
Anything to stop Trump and his rancid values.
The prospect (spectre?) of another Trump admin scares the bejesus out of me.

It's amazing to think the Democratic land of free could be able to elect somebody that tried to overturn an election.

In normal times, I'd be physically sick if Hayley became the most powerful person in the world, but this is far from normal times. :)

I wonder how the US hierarchy would deal with the public voting a President who is in jail?!!

As far as I am aware a serving president cannot be put in jail without a change in the law laid down by the Supreme Court.

Have a vague recollection of some article that suggested if he is already in jail before becoming president then may have to stay in depending on whether it was a state crime vs a federal crime (in the federal case, may be able to pardon himself but not state).

Doesn't Biden and the current government have any power to scrap powers to pardon, which always has and always will be open to abuse?

Any serving president can enact special powers. So, if Biden issues one stating Trump can’t pardon himself then Trump could reverse it if/when becoming president.

The only way around it would be for Biden to issue special powers, then prevent future presidents from doing so. But the Supreme Court could get involved nullifying said powers.

Don’t forget that Trump has more potential friends on the Supreme Court than Biden potentially does.

Regardless of president, the real power is held elsewhere if they choose to use it.

Has Trump committed any crimes in Alabama?

If so, there could be a cannister of nitrogen gas with his name written on it. :D
