Usually when the market goes beserk like that, the horse is a non-runner not removed from betfair, just to distort the overrounds.

The link you posted was for the 22:15 (last) race at Delaware. I would presume it's another Betfair cock-up.

I have previously backed a winner on Betfair 2 minutes after the horse crossed the line and got away with it, but most of the time all bets placed after the off time will be voided, so I wouldn't bother at odds of 1.07.

They settled, it looks like they never suspended before the race started and the backing was on the winner. Looks like they voided some of it but not all, so a tidy profit.

Anyone know what would of happened if you laid the horse at 1.01 and it fell also, does the race just get void?
