An alternative view is that NATO is moving it's resources to demonstrate to Putin that we will respond to agression ie deterrence.

I havent been watching too closely, but wouldn't you wanna go the other way around? Lay him before the inevitable court cases? Sell during? Pretty sure he was 2.08 the other day...Like we're not choosing an outcome here, just trying to take advantage of overruns or volatility?
