Very impressed with Newcastle, full of energy, constantly pressing, got goals in them, absolutely relentless very difficult to play against no matter who they play.
MBappe pretty much absent this evening.

Not unusual when he comes to the UK. Over rated really. Good on his day or in that Pub League he plays in.

Can anyone guess why BF would void a matched lay of 0-0 (Antwerp game) after a goal with no VAR or anything unusual? It showed as matched, then hey presto, it's gone. Very convenient for someone....
Was it placed 10-15 seconds before the goal? They sometimes void bets if they're slow to suspend the market.
It was sitting unmatched and got matched seconds before the goal. Support told me it was a slow suspend that caused the voiding. These things never seem to go in my favour.....

It works both ways with me. Sometimes my profit goes, sometimes the other guy loses his profit. :)

Ligue 1 often brings plenty of action and goals and certainly isn't a pub league. No question it's been dominated by PSG's money but that's no different to Man City and Premier League. As for Mpabbe he's a world class player, unfortunately there's a lot of turmoil off the pitch at the moment at PSG, clearly displayed in their performance last night.

The problem is most people are unable to see past their own front door and their beloved clubs in England let alone outside the Premier League.

Most of the PSG team were. As I've said below a lot of turmoil off the pitch at PSG and has been evident in their Ligue 1 start this season. The money for Newcastle yesterday knew the dance.

FFS, why's everything on 9 seconds?

I just got caught out by that West Ham goal but Betfair kindly voided the bet, hence, I greened up instead of redding up. It's a good thing generally but you'd think 9 seconds would be enough time to promptly suspend the market.

My bot running in practice mode doesn't know bets have been voided. Time to start testing to small stakes. :)

I won't hear a word said against VAR's ability to draw the lines correctly.

The guy who scored 3 goals in a world cup final is apparently overrated.

I placed some bets on under 2.5 markets. I still keep getting frustrated when the markets suspend until I realise, it doesn't matter, I'm just betting.

Controversial VAR at Empoli, penalty not given but it saved my bacon. :D

Nothing more than a shoulder barge IMO Begrudgingly 1 to VAR for getting the ref to have a look. Fair paly to the ref in the end as it can't be easy getting sent to the screen to watch it back and he's realised what an absolute plum he is for giving it in the 1st place.

Turned it of now anyway 60 odd mins of my life I won't get back, absolute dross the pair of them.
