Hi Dallas,
I have an automation (attached) to lay the first horse that hits 3.20 in running, when the BSP of that horse was greater than 3.20 at the off. All works fine, however I have a couple of questions as to how to tweak it slightly please.
1) How do I set the bot to not fire at all if the BSP of the fav goes off under 3.20 please? What it is currently doing, if the fav is say 2.80 and the second fave is say 3.50, the bot will only fire in when any other horse bar the fav hits 3.20, however, if there is a fav in the race under 3.20 at the off, I want the bot not to fire at all on any runners. Hope that makes sense!
2) If I wish to green up and offset for 30% of stake, how is that achieved please? ie a lay is matched at £100 at 3.20, so I wish a back bet to fire in to achieve a £30 green book all runners. I note under parameters there is "offset bet and greening" and ticks or %. Is that % a percentage of stake ? Do I just click on % and then enter 30 in box next to it?
Thank you ever so much for your help, this is my first proper foray into automation.
1), The fixed odds condition just needs to test the 'Actual SP' of the nominated selection 'by position (in order of favouritism) 1' is greater than 3.2
(rather than testing each individual selection)
You will also need to go onto the automation tab of your main settings and set the favouritism sort to use 'Actual SP
https://www.betangel.com/user-guide/bas ... tings.html
2), All thats needed here is a close trade on selection with greening rule, and a close trade profit with greening condition, to test your profit is greater than whatever 30% is, ie, if the lay bet was using £100 stakes you'd set the profit condition to £30
I've included an updated version of your rule with the changes above already made, as what you want can be done with just 2 rules I've done it that way as this makes it easier for you if ever you wanted to edit the price, stake etc
(you'll still need to change the favouritism sort to use 'Actual SP, then save the settings on your automation tab of your main settings)
Lay 1st to 3.2.baf
