New to Bet Angel and have 2 questions..if anyone can help

Hi everyone. Downloaded and Installed Bet Angel yesterday. 1st thing to know is I bet every race in UK and IRE and only bet in running.
I have 2 problems when running Guardian
1st is with Status - when a new race loads into a sheet that has been used earlier in the day the status is not cleared ??
2nd Is when 2 races are off at the same time i.e. the 15.05 is running 5 minutes late and the 15.10 is about to go off Guardian will only play one of them. I have market switch time set to 40 as I only do IR...is there a solution?

You can restrict the refresh rate within guardian and focus it only on those races that have turned in-play, changing the guardian refresh rate to 200ms will ensure even with 5 markets IR at same time they will be refreshed at least 1 every second.

Hi Dallas
Many thanks for the info much appreciated. All clear now. Understand the clear status but think it is ridiculous to load a new race into excel and not clear the status.
