Hi all

Who is showing the correct price in the attached Australian Rules market? Bet Angel or Betfair? And why the differential?

That's really odd, I can see that too. It doesn't seem to make much difference if you switch XM on or off.

More money matched on BA vs BF and Betfair takes longer to refresh but this really could do with a proper explanation, as some of the differences are pretty big...?

And weird how your green figure on GWS Giants is different?

I suspect a problem with streaming. You may want to switch that off.

I have turned off streaming, it produces some very strange looking ladders at times

Yep issue with streaming. Thats a bit worrying as ive just started runing some guardian plans with streaming turned on. Would you advise to suspend using streaming while this is investigated?

We have escalated to Betfair to investigate and will let the forum know the outcome.

Well its definitely the streaming which gives the different prices...

The exact reason why I turned off BA's streaming - there was some alrming inaccuracies on many markets. Quite often, I would try taking a price and the price wasn't actually there at all

I'd imagine the streaming on this market is returning stale data. We have escalated to Betfair.

This is weird, when you request the market through streaming you get two market books returned, the correct one and what looks to be an old one.

Old:
marketVersion: 1566655777
totalMatched: 92186.48

Correct:
marketVersion: 1594951030
totalMatched: 148129.34
