Hey Everyone (and probably mainly Dallas)

I have an automation question, I have a tennis bot that has been functioning very well, however I've noticed a way to smooth it's profit curve a little bit, and that is to only bet on the pre-match favourite. I know this is a possibility by setting the favourite order, however after that has been done do I then have to tie all remaining automation rules to "Row 1"? or will doing it in order of favoritism still work? I'm assuming the prior but I thought it would be good to check.

Cheers

You would use order of favourtism on all your rules as this still looks at the order you fixed them in

Thanks Dallas, this is how I have had it set up however it is still often firing on what would be incorrect selections - I have a feeling this might be due to liquidity in the pre-match market, if I was to apply a volume limit on the initial favourite sorting, would that exclude all markets that didn't match that criteria? Even if they do match all later volume and relative score criteria?

By default the order of favourtism is determined by the selection with the lowest back price (this can be changed to lay or last traded price) so if the back and lay odds looked like this in an illiquid market
Sel1 Sel2
L1.95 L2.20
B1.80 B1.76

Selection 2 would be the favourite as the odds to back it are the lowest.
You could add a volume on the initial fav order or use a 'Relative odds condition' to ensure there is no or only a small number of ticks between the selections back or lay price
