Hi All
Have used VPS and picked 6 races yesterday to trade with automation offset bet with green up for 10 ticks named horse selected but none of the bets were placed.
So my settings must be wrong adn checked them but cant see what it could be ?

A VPS is a virtual private server which you rent separately - do you mean your using one of these?

If so turning your laptop off has no effect on a VPS
Or are you just running the regular V1.46 of Bet Angel locally from your laptop?
If so turning your laptop off will mean any automation wont work as you have no connection to Betfair

No you dont log off the VPS like you do with a regular PC, instead all you need to do is 'Disconnect' your laptop from the VPS by using the 'X' on the long blue tab at the very top of your VPS screen therefore leaving the VPS and Bet Angel still running.
You would restart the VPS every couple of weeks by clicking Start > Log off > Restart
if it begins to slow down/feel sluggish but otherwise it will run 24/7 and you just connect and disconnect to it from your laptop or any other device as and when you want
