Fav by Price- in- running part of condition when order fixed

Hi,
I promised myself that I would not ask any further stupid questions but I simply cannot resist this one.
I have a situation where i am laying favs and Ive fixed the order and I wish to put in a condition which revolves around the fav-in-running as the lowest
price sets.
Because I fixed the order I cannot do this as all selections/events are subject to the fixed order? Am i reading that right?
I know the solution lies in signalling where i can signal whichever is lowest price and take whatever i like from the signal but surely there is an easier way.
Also as an aside question is there a situation where "by row index betfair order" can change (apart from non runners) from the pre-off Raceorder set by betfair card.

I was able to partly check the second question using a simple baf file placing a €10 back bet applies to ROW2betfair order 4mins pre-off 9mins after
allowed to trigger 300 times rearming every 3secs & used rule "keep all unmatched bets"
I can confirm that it placed a bet every 3secs and on the same selection that in ROW2 betfair order. So im happy that under normal conditions the Row order does not change. If DALLAS were about maybe he could answer the other part of the question. THIS IS THE LAST QUESTION OR POST I PROMISE DALLAS. Ill be using
simple bafs to check out my questions in future.

Sorry i meant to reply to this this morning then got side tracked and forgot, once the order is fixed it can't be unfixed so for the time being you would need to do as you said and use signals.

Its probably the way you have already thought of but if it was me i'de use the rule type set/modify signal applied to Betfair order of favouritism 1 and on the signal tab use;
Set Signal
named 'one'
on selection

Then duplicate the rule and apply to favouritism 2 using the signal name two and keep repeating that for each runner you want to fix/trade then

On your main rules then just add a 'signal set' condition to identify what their order was at the time the signals were set.
